University Fellow position is only meant for full-time Ph.D. scholars, who wish to carry out doctoral research at NCU. Concurrent applications for admissions to the Ph.D. Programme as well as the award of University Fellowship can be made. Full-time Ph.D. students with a brilliant academic record can be awarded University Fellowships of Rs.25,000/- per month. Full time MBA requires your complete commitment for two years. This is the most preferred by recruiters and organisations. Distance/ correspondence courses are more about self-study where the study material is sent to the student and they have to understand and learn it on their own. The main advantage of this is fees is low compared to executive and full time. In distance MBA, you'll have classes once or twice during the weekends, and you'll have exams twice a year. And IIBM Delhi isn't fake.

Sorry to say that, if you score 44 percentile in CAT than there is no chance to get admission in FMS Delhi. You can try some other good institute for MBA. You can try Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad or other institute which is affiliated by AKTU, Lucknow for MBA.
