Basically, if you look at the Indian scenario and the emerging field of healthcare sector then you are having an excellent career ahead after MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management. There are various institutes which offer Masters in health and hospital administration together (I.e. GIM, IIHMR, etc). While TISS offers you 2 separate options in terms of either health or hospital administration. If you are having health administration degree in your pocket then you can work with various state government or national level health programs as an administrator, while after hospital administration you can work with various corporate hospitals as an Administrator, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, etc. There are other areas which are equally shared by health and hospital administrators like Insurance firms, Consultancy, etc. Last but not the least if you are having guts and courage then you can become an entrepreneur.
