The admission criteria now has changed for admission in FMS- DU. Now they give weightage to only your CAT score rather your past academics. FMS is a good option for those who can't score either in 10th or 12th or both. But one important thing is according to last year they call around 2200 student for few places. All you need is to choose your passion. Both the stream is excellent in today's era. According to my experience IEM is a very good college for engineering. If you are interested in marine, you can apply there. Hence, CS is also better. Based on your interest, choose your stream. All the best.
