If getting a stable job profile is not a concern for you, then you can go for direct admission. Remember you can be a darling student of your college as you are paying but may not be for corporate.

The scope of BCA is not a big deal. You need to learn many things about computers and its technologies that are important and that should be practical ones mostly. BCA alone cannot be having a good scope, you need to do Masters also. Anyway, the scope of BCA has government jobs like armed forces, banks, PSU and also private jobs are many software engineers, software tester and so on. But you should have good computer skills in order to get a good job directly after BCA.

Uttarakhand Technical University is not having good reviews and also it was good at the beginning but now it's not good. So it's better to go to some other college in Dehradun. Good luck.

Three-year degrees are not easily accepted by Canadian universities. They may require an additional evaluation. But, on the basis your B.Sc, you can apply for PG Diploma programs from colleges like Humber, Seneca, etc., mainly the SPP colleges.

You can do aviation course abroad. We are not able to suggest universities as you have not mentioned UG or PG. Anything is possible in UK.

From my point of view, TIME will be good.

It is compulsory to have maths in +2 to be eligible for admission since SRCC offers only honors courses and hons courses require maths.

You can do M.Tech and also can also crack GATE and then you can choose any of the PSUs.
