Yes, you can do MBA in finance. You can clear the cut-off of CAT or CMAT and you need to pass with 50% or above in graduation.

Yes, it will create some difference, but the main thing is that most of the jobs depend upon the skills, and sometimes if you have skills and college doesn't matter.

Yes, it is as in this campus, you are not allowed to be a day scholar you have to opt for the hostel.

Yes, it mandatory to pass JEE and Advance to get admission in IIT. Not only pass, but you have to have a good rank to reach it.

If you compare on the basis of placements of CSE, then IITB somehow outperformance BITS-Pilani. Here is quick comparison between two. IIT BOMBAY
