First and foremost, you need to understand that the vacancies are less in comparison to the number of candidates clearing UGC NET JRF every year. And more vacancies cannot be generated until or unless more institutions are constituted. Therefore, you will have to take it with a pinch of salt that clearing UGC NET JRF does not guarantee a job. It is not that you will sit idle after having a NET/JRF qualification or your hard work will go waste. Some tips overall what I would suggest is -
don't EXPECT - Don't expect to get 100 in a subject, I never expected. Just prepare well. Don't PRESSURIZE - Don't pressurize yourself that I have to get 95% this that. NO just give your best
ATTEMPT ALL QUESTIONS -Even if you don't know a question please attempt it you never know there might be grace marks. ATTEMPT IN SEQUENCE- this makes the paper look presentable and easy for examiner to check it.

Sri Aurbindo seems to be a better option in terms of faculty and infrastructure while other is better in placement, so choose accordingly.
