Yes, you can repeat 12th even if you have passed. It is legal, if you passed in CBSE boards then after 2 years you can repeat 12th with other boards also.

With this percentile all india rank will be between 197439-221950. With this rank it is not possible to get admission in any of the NIT or IIT.

Yes you get the admission robotics engineering after completing your diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You can get admission for Robotics Engineering through LEET Lateral Entry Exam Test.

VMOU is UGC Approved Students can take admission in this university for all the courses as all the courses are recognised by the University Grants Commission UGC.

Yes you can. You should score a minimum of 50% in class 12th to do BCA.

If you have missed to give the any engineering exam or JEE. Then you can go for the entrance exam taken by different universities. In this case one best option is the Chandigarh University, Mohali.
