You should have knowledge of any two languages, probably Java, C and Python. You can complete an online project to make your CV stronger and you can opt courses for languages accordingly. It will definitely give you a good result.

It is very sad to know that you are not getting placed in spite of doing your mechanical engineering. In such circumstance, it's of course good to look for something different. IT is a booming industry and is creating large number of jobs. Yes, you have taken a good decision.

Hi,
The placements of CS IT, and safety are good. Almost all of the students, who don't have backlogs placed. Many companies of CS IT, and safety visit the campus. The placement of EC branch is average because fewer core companies visit here. But, many of them got placed in the IT companies. The placement of civil and mechanical is not good. Less number of core companies of the mechanical and civil visit the campus. Thank you.
