Don't go for B.Tech. If you want to pursue B.Tech then go for JEE Mains exam otherwise my advice is to simply go for BCA, it is a good field.

Dear Aishwarya,
Almost every B.Tech and M.Tech student in India is dreaming for Google. First of all, I wanna tell you that Google doesn't come for campus placement every year. They come for barely after 4 or 5 years and take only 10 or 20 students and only from IIT-B,C,D. They never go to any private college. So, the only way left for you is off-campus recruitment. Second thing is that you need to be 200% perfect in computer coding, software designing and whatever you are learning. Hi Payal,
If by CS, you mean Computer Science, then here is an answer:
Computer science is about theoretical concepts of computer system and how the system is built up using different concepts. It's about interacting with the hardware using algorithms, writing compilers. It focuses on foundation of computing.
On the other hand Information Technology is about using the technology that is already built up. It's about interacting with the software like making use of compilers to build a program. It satisfies the technology needs of organization.
