I2IT Pune MHTCET M.Tech cutoff 2025 for the OBC category students belonging to the Home State quota ranged from 10.39 to 17.22 for the M.Tech in Computer Engineering course. Students who want admission to this course have to first appear for the accepted entrance examination and then sit for the counselling process to be considered for admission. I2IT Pune cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the M.Tech in CSE course for various Home State quota categories. The cutoff was published in the form of percentiles.
For the General HS category, the overall cutoff ranged from 23.67 to 4.54 for the M.Tech CSE branch. Other categories had different cutoffs accordingly. To know the same, see the table below.

Candidates must pass Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Basic Science/ Arts in English with First class or 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC / ST / PwD) / CPI or CGPA more than 6 (5.5 for SC / ST / PwD) to apply for PhD programmes at IIIT Pune.

Aspirants with GATE scores can get admission in M.Tech programme at IIIT Pune. The seats are allotted via CCMT Counselling. In 2025, the closing GATE cutoff was 354 for Electronics & Communication Engineering and 536 for CSE. The cutoffs are quite competitive considering the limited seats available in MTech.

Candidates are offered admission in BTech programme of IIIT Pune via JEE Main scores. Aspirants need to have GATE rank to get admission in MTech. Candidates without GATE scores can also get admission by passing the written test and interview conducted by the institute. Admission to PhD courses is based on NET/ GATE/ written test and/ or interview. Hence, entrance exam scores are required for admission at IIIT Pune.

IIIT Pune offers a four-year BTech course divided into eight semesters. The institute offers BTech in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The institute also offer BTech (Hons) inCSE/ ECE with major in one discipline from Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Robotics and VLSI Design. Candidates must complete Class 12 with PCM with at least 75% aggregate to apply for BTech courses.
