JEE Advanced Cut-off

IIT Indore JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category candidates varied between 1628 and 10500. BTech in CSE turned out to be the toughest specialisation among the General AI category.

NTA has released round 1 of the JEE Advanced scores for candidates seeking admission to BTech, Integrated BTech and other courses. For IIT Dhanbad, the cutoff ranks in the first round varied between 3348 and 15969, for General AI category candidates, for admission to different courses and specialisations. The toughest specialisation among the General AI category candidates was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering.

Students need to obtain a competitive rank in JEE Main and JEE Advanced so that they can become eligible for admission procedures at IIT Bhubaneswar. Candidates are required to achieve a cut-off rank, as decided by the course. For instance, the cut-off rank needed for BTech Civil Engineering was 14,782, whereas for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) it was approximately 3,685. JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025 for BTech course ranged from 126 to 5733 for students in the General AI category, so therefore a student should attain a rank of 5733 or preferably lower to increase their chances of admission to IIT Delhi. Please note that BTech cutoff 2025 will vary according to different rounds, courses, specialisations and categories. If you just want to grab a seat in IIT Patna then your OBC rank has to be in 2800-3200 OBC NCL rank while General rank would be around 12000. If you want to get top branches like CSE, ECE, then you will have to be in Top 500 of your category rank.

Yes, it is possible to get a seat at IIT Ropar with a rank of 10,000 in JEE Advanced. For candidates belonging to the General All India category, the last round cutoff ranks were between 2379 and 13009. Although at 10,000 rank, the choice of specialisation would be limited, candidate can get admission to the college. A few specialisations available at this rank would be B.Tech. in Civil Engineering,  B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering and B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
