For the General AI quota, the JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 for B.Tech admission ranges is 792 and 10727 in the final round. Considering the cutoff range, it is evident that the EWS category had competitive cutoff ranks for admission as compared to the General category students. For the SC category students under the AI quota, the JEE Advanced cutoff ranks varied between 283 and 2261 for core branches, including CSE, Civil, Chemical, etc. For the core branches, mostly the cutoffs are on the higher side for admission. Candidates seeking admission to core branches must target securing a cutoff rank of up to 2000 to improve their chances of admission at IIT BHU. For 2025, the IIT Varanasi JEE Advanced cutoff ranged between 1489 and 20792 for BTech admission across multiple specialisations based on the last round cutoff list for the General AI category candidates, wherein BTech in Computer Science & Engineering was the most competitive. Those students who are aiming for top specialisation should strive to attain a rank of 1489 or lower to increase their chances of admission at IIT BHU.

IIT Guwahati JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 ranged from 792 to 10727 for various BTech specialisations. This is the cutoff range during the last round for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Please be aware that the cutoff will be different for each category and round. As per the JEE Advanced cutoff 2025, BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was the most popular course among applicants and therefore the most competitive. Therefore, candidates aiming for top branches should secure a rank of 792 or lower to get the best chance of admission at IIT Guwahati.

For students belonging to the General AI quota, most of the BTech branches remained open till the last round for admission at IIT Roorkee. The cutoffs of different branches vary across rounds and categories. Some of the BTech branches, such as CSE, ECE, Civil, and Mechanical, etc., reflected a rise in the last round, closing ranks as compared to initial rounds, indicating IIT Roorkee seats remained vacant till the last round for BTech admission. Whether the branch will remain open till the last round or not depends on the availability of seats allocated for each category. In the meantime, candidates can check out the round-wise cutoff

The JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff of the common rank list is 20.56%; 18.50% for the GEN-EWS rank list and OBC-NCL rank list; 10.28% for SC, ST, and PwD rank lists across all categories; and 5.14% for Preparatory course rank lists.

IIT Delhi BTech in Electrical Engineering cutoff 2025 for the last round was 211 for the SC category students in the AI quota. The opening rank for the same stood at 156 during the concluding round. IIT Kharagpur JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for round 3. The cutoff was released category-wise for students seeking admission to the BTech/Integrated BTech/BSc specialisations at the college. IIT Delhi cutoff 2025 for BTech admission has been released for Round 1. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for different categories of students belonging to the AI quota. During Round 1, the BTech admission cutoffs were between 125 and 5608, with CSE being the most competitive specialisation for admission.
