If your category rank (OBC Rank) is 3032, then the IITs available to you are:-
1] IIT Dhanbad - Geophysics (5 Y)
2] IIT BHU - Bio (5 Y)
3] IIT Kharagpur - Applied Geology (5 Y)
Unless you need the IIT Tag to flaunt in front of your relatives and unless you have some specific interest in these fields or unless you are planning to work hard to get a vertical branch transfer, go for NITs on the basis of your Mains rank or go for a drop. If your Open Rank is 3032, then you have a lot to choose from: - (The best options in no specific order, according to me are chosen as there are 50 and more branches open)
1] IIT Delhi Chemical (Dual Degree)
2]

Your chances of getting IITs under the asked category are very low. The total number of seats in IITs in B.Tech courses are about 16234, and as per reservation, 2435 seats are reserved for asked category. So your rank should be below 2435.

IIITD has a system of bonus marks, and if you are an inside Delhi candidate then you can apply for bonus marks using your 12th percentage (if you're in top 1 percentile of CBSE, last year it was 95.2%). But if somehow you are not eligible for bonus marks through any of the categories (sports, Olympiad etc. ). Then you need to solely depend on your JEE Mains marks for admission, but you would need atleast 80 marks in Maths + 80% in best of 5 subjects (including PCM) in 12th boards to be eligible for admission.

You are not qualified because you will not consider for seats allotment in counselling. However the candidates having preparatory rank will be considered for admission for vacant seats of SC/ST/PWD in IITs after successful completion of training of one year in IITs.

The marks vs rank analysis change for every year depending upon factors like the total number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the number of students of your category who scored more than you ( in case of category rank). Considering the previous year data, you are expected to have an all India rank around 40k. And your category rank will depend upon the total number of students of your category who have more marks than yours, but still you are expected to have a rank below 2k.

Revise Through NCERT Books:
Remembering chemical formulae and equations will help you immensely in JEE Mains exam and so will it in this exam. The best reference any one can ask for is the NCERT prescribed course material. Coming to Inorganic Chemistry several students stand by NCERT books for practice and revision. In few cases, students find questions straight from NCERT books. Thus, attempting basic questions from them will ensure good performance. Practicing sufficient Chemistry mock tests before appearing for the final exam is another way to revise the subject. Hoard as many sample papers as you can lay your hands on and get down t

JEE Main and JEE Advanced are for getting admission in NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs for B.Tech/ B.Arch/ Integrated courses. While IMUCET is for getting admission in Indian Maritime University and its affiliated colleges in B.Tech/ B.Sc. / DNS courses. So you need to give IMUCET only for getting admission in IMU.

There are multiple institutes which offer coaching for JEE Main + advanced like Allen, fit JEE, aakash. The cost will be high if you opt for offline coaching but they will provide you with so much content daily that you won't be able to cope up with them and if you follow them consistently and do all the questions, revise theory then surely you will get a good rank in JEE exam. If you want to opt for online which are generally self paced then you can look into ed tech platforms, I don't know how good they are but you can look for reviews or just see online from where you can get a good idea of how good there courses are and decide for

It completely depends on NTA and IIT council. But relief in % of 12, not for general and OBC
This 12 months the rest was because of the COVID. Covid played a widespread function in seventy five% rest. Now about you, in case you have become 74% then my pal you are in a amazing loss. You have to do hard in research to get that one percent. You have to observe 26 hours a day to gain that 1 percent to turn out to be eligible to JEE Mains and superior.
