Yes, you can get admission by giving some other exams other than JEE like vittee, BITSAT WBJEE etc. Or by any entrance exam of college for particular course of B.Tech.

Qualify for JEE Advance is dependent on the cutoff which can vary every year. But 90 percent is the safest score for sitting AJEE Advanced. For 99 pr you can target 150+ marks.
