Hi Chirag,
Yes, you can apply through JAC, Delhi. But, you can not get any seat with this score in JEE Mains. You should move for private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, etc. in Delhi.
Best of luck.

Hi Muskan,
No, you can't get admission in M.S Ramaiya Bangalore with this score in JEE Mains. You should apply for state private colleges of West Bengal or Madhya Pradesh or you can go for Amity University, LNCT Bhopal, Techno India Kolkata, Haldia, Heritage etc.
You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Hi, with 96 percentile in JEE Main paper 2 2019 exams and a score of around 80-90% in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in VSSUT, Burla.

Your percentile is not very good, so there is less chance to get this college.
Good luck.

It will be very difficult for you to get admission in this college in computer science engineering. I will suggest you to apply for other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.

You need to score at least 75% in your intermediate or be in top 20 percentile of your board marks. You can give JEE Mains exam continuously for 3 year, 1st start from class 12 itself. There is no other eligibility criteria.

No, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the government colleges with this rank in Mains Paper 2. Its better to go with private institutes.

With 8% in 12th and 9.1 percentile in JEE mains paper 2 unfortunately your daughter may not be able to take up any college for engineering, She can choose other streams.
