In JEE Mains April'19, I counted my marks around 88 but when the results released, I got 81 percentile and couldn't qualify, why?

Hi Shruti,It is due to corrections in the answer keys. Generally, students challenges the answers which are not correctly given by the JEE Mains authority. If the students answer is found correct, then it is changed for everyone. That's why, you faced this problem. Although, you are eligible to participate in JEE Mains counselling. Best of luck.

I have got aggregate of 59.6 in PCM & i have 72.4 percentage in cbse boards exam And my jee mains score is 62.4 percentile

If you scored 60% and above in class 12th, then you can join Chitkara University. If you are overall percentage is 60% and above in your class 12th, then definitely you will get admission. All the best for your future.
