Below General Cut-off, it is always difficult to get admission in good reputed college, if it has no quota system.

No, you will not get admission in LNMIIT with this percentile, because general cut-off is 89.75 and below this LNMIIT had not taken admission yet and in CSE I am 100% sure that you will not get this.

You may try for it. There might be chance that you get CSE in LNMIIT, but you can also apply for CCE, which also has good placement record and it also contain more than half of the CSE Syllabus.
