You can't get Computer Science Engineering in this college with 63 percentile in JEE Mains exam. Although you can get branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical in this college, that also in second or third round. So apply for this college and wait patiently for the same.
Best of luck.

Although chances of getting Computer Science Engineering is low, but it must be your first preference at the time of counselling. Your preference should be like computer science engineering, information technology, electronics engineering, electrical, civil, mechanical etc. In the first round, she will get information technology, then in second or third round, she might get computer science engineering, if she is lucky enough.
Best of luck.

Sorry to say, but you can't get computer science engineering in Techno International Batanagar with this score in JEE mains. The only way to get CSE is to go for management quota. You can get details of the same from concerned authorities within the campus.
Best of luck.
