Hi Hetul,
As you have scored 77.3 percentile in JEE Mains exam and you are from OBC category. In addition, your air is 2.67 Lacs, so you are eligible to participate in the JEE Mains counselling. For JEE Advance the cutoff, if your marks are equal to or greater than 74.31, then you are eligible. However, you already have 77.3 percentile, so you are eligible.

Hello Arun, The qualifying cut off is different from admission cut off. It is not predetermined and hence there is no fixed minimum marks to get a seat at NITs
