You will get nothing in JEE Mains except for some GFTI colleges i.e. government funded technical institute. Also, in VITEEE your marks is not good enough for VIT Vellore. So, you can go for VIT Chennai. Also, you can go for Manipal University. Board marks are not going to help you much in getting seats in any of the above mentioned colleges.

You have to register on JoSAA portal in the first week of June (tentative) then you have to do choice fillup and then preference order. After that, every round's cut-off will come and if your rank comes under any college cut-off then you will get that seat. You can either take that seat or you can skip that seat for a better seat.

Hi Parmeshwar,
You cannot get computer science engineering in NIT, Kurukshetra with this rank. If you are determined for CSE only, go for some good private colleges(like under state government of WB, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu).

There is no counselor at the time of counseling. Only online form filling and college selection. Then you will be allotted college and there you have to submit documents as per requirement.
