Hello Aanchal,
To get admission in IITs you need to clear JEE Advanced with a great score. With JEE Mains, you can apply for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JOSAA counseling.

You will get a college on the basis of the category rank in JoSAA counselling. In the scorecard, both the ranks are given, common rank as well as category rank.

You can get admission in HITS on the basis of JEE Mains score also. Yes, you can get admission in aeronautical engineering. If not appeared in any entrance exam, then try to get admission through management quota.

No not a chance with this rank. Moreover, category can play a role but not, so sure as the rank is way low for IEM. Try your luck buddy.
