If you have patience, then you should go till the last round of the counselling. You might get a seat in last round. At the same time apply for some other colleges also.

Hello Vaishali, Yes of course. National Testing Agency is the authorised agency to conduct JEE Mains exam. They had decided to conduct it twice so that if someone misses it, can appear again. Also it had declared that best of two exams approach would be used to determine percentile and ranking. Best wishes.

Sorry to say, but it will be difficult for you to get mechanical or any other branch with the score of 75 percentile in JEE Mains. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges.

At the same time, apply for some other private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interest and convenience to be on the safer side.
