By this rank, getting a government college in for B.Tech is quite difficult. So, it's better for you to try for private colleges that is B grade private colleges.

As you have scored 224614 air and 12008 in SC category rank in JEE Mains exam 2019. So, you will most probably get middle or lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, etc. Just participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

As you have scored 12008 rank in JEE Mains exam in SC category. So, you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. You can expect lower and middle order nits with this rank. You can expect NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, etc.
