I don't think that you can get any good NIT with this percentile, because your rank may be probably above INR. 1 Lacs in general and may be above 10,000 in EWS category. So, there is very low chance. And, there is no benefit of taking admission in eastern nits except NIT silchar. Try for IIITS or GFTIS.

Only 5 subjects marks are included for cutoff or you can say eligibility criteria for NIT iiit admission. Taking 3 main subjects + 1 language + 1 extra subject.

You may get CSE, I this college. Apply for it. Minimum 40% in class 12th aggregate is required for eligibility and admission depends on cutoff.
