As an ST student I think you got a good percentage or score in JEE Mains and you can get any good NIT easily through it plus you say you are looking for it through home state quota, so your chance of getting there is pretty good or you can try college predictor on the basis of your JEE Score to get a better idea.

Getting NIT, Trichy at this rank and percentile can be difficult as according to the last year the cutoff for SC students in all the branches is as low as 78, but can try upto the last round of the counselling maybe you can get into this college.

Eligible candidates need to appear for the Amity Joint Entrance Examination (Amity JEE). Written Test - Shortlisted candidates will be called for essay writing based on rank obtained in Amity JEE.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on the score obtained in essay writing.
Final Selection: Candidates are selected based on Amity JEE rank, score obtained in 10+2 & essay writing and performance in personal interview.

See for getting admission in IIT, Roorkee for B.Tech in Civil Engineering you have to get good marks in the JEE Advance paper only then you can get that not on the basis of Mains paper.
