The final AIR will be declared after April 2019, considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict, whether you will qualify for top government college for CSE or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

In JEE Mains, there is no individual sectional cut off. So, you can attempt single section (Maths) also as in your case. Now, suppose if you have attempted all the questions correctly, than your score will be 120. So, on the basis of your score, you can get easily admission in any government Colleges of your state in B.Tech courses. Further, you can also qualify for JEE-Advance also, and securing a good rank can admitted you in IITs also.

The cut-offs differ year to year based on the highest score. Compared to last year this percentile might be difficult to get into the college, but you can always apply.

Hello Hrishikesh,
I am afraid this information has not been released by NTA till now. Perhaps it will release all such data only after second set of exams has been conducted in the month of April. Till then only patience.
Best wishes to you.
