The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict where you get admission in South Gujarat area. Wait for the final AIR declaration

CS group, I guess it happens in rare cases. You can get seat in other departments except CS in NIT Trichy.

I think, you can only opt for private college. For top ranked colleges, you need higher percentile.

For General Category, it will be difficult to get NIT for this percentile. But, you have to keep looking for branch you prefer. Some seats are left empty in uncommon branches.
