You need to have scored a minimum of 75% in your board exams. Apart from that, you need to either qualify KVPY-SA or SX with a rank as good as 250. The channel through JEE Mains/Advanced is quite difficult as they have extremely high cut-offs there around 250 rank which is very difficult to get as compared to KVPY.

You can score above 180 marks out of 360 if you solve 40 years question papers.

Whatever happened we can't get that back. So, instead of keeping an eye on what we have lost, see what we have in our hands and try to utilise that in a proper manner. I want to guide you in three steps.
001. Manage your available resources properly.
002. Don't let your thoughts ruin you. Instead, you control your own thoughts and command them.
003. Never lose hope and never ever give up.

Yes, you can. But, it is a hard way to go on. It takes number of attempts to pass through. But, never leave your desire. Work hard.

The syllabus is a complete set to get a 270+ marks. You can't escape anything, but yes you can give preferences to the topics, which you think you are comfortable with. Check weightage of every topic. And, try to change your plan after analysing yourself. Your presence of mind and your strategy is most important weapon in this exam and will take you too the result which you want. At last, I will suggest you study every topic and make your basics strong. Best of luck.

Class 11th and Class 12th chapters of Physics, Chemistry, Maths are there in JEE Mains. Organic portion, inorganic, AC, Kinetic theory of gases, Em waves, optics, Magnetism, rotational dynamic, are some of must do chapters. All the best.

For admission in DTU, it depends upon your choice of stream as for example for CS course marks go upto 250 or more.
