Since , with the last year records , admissions have taken place with 80 marks too , but that in spot round and in the last few rounds . This will keep your seat in waiting for a long . Hence , 100 or above it will get you something better . Best of luck.

Also, it's not worth getting into these, spending 4 years and a huge fee as well.
The best I can suggest is LMNIIT where you can easily get mechanical or civil easily.

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th
