Definitely, you'll get admission. You have around 215 marks and with ST, you'll easily get computer science or ECE branch in it. Moreover, go for Surathkal or Trichy also. Else, if you have locational or any other preferences, Rourkela is one of the best.

In general, you need atleast 100 marks out of 150 in it's AMU's own entrance to be in the safe zone for OBC.
Since , with the last year records , admissions have taken place with 80 marks too , but that in spot round and in the last few rounds . This will keep your seat in waiting for a long . Hence , 100 or above it will get you something better . Best of luck.

With general, you'll get NIT Pondicherry, Silchar or Manipur with mining and related such branches (non-technical).
Also, it's not worth getting into these, spending 4 years and a huge fee as well.
The best I can suggest is LMNIIT where you can easily get mechanical or civil easily.
Best of luck.

If you are from general category, then you have to score at least 50% in PCM group to get admission in any engineering college. I think you disqualify from the criteria. I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for engineering. There might be chances to qualify for engineering if you belong from SC/OBC or any other reserved category, as the percentage required for this category is 45%.
Best of luck for your future.

Yes, you have a high chance of getting a decent NIT. Your rank is fine and since you belong to a reserved category, you will have no trouble getting a good college.

Dear Laveeza, check the link below to know the colleges you can get with this rank.

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th

You need 110 marks at least and it depends on cut-off. No one can say about minimum marks. Yes, 110 score is enough for CSE in a good college.
