It is also known as the IIT of architecture, hence, to secure a rank here, one has to prove their mettle.
For your selection in here, you should score more than 260 (as of 2017). This would translate your rank to nearly below 1000, as cut-off here resides between at around 11000.
With the above information, you are not eligible for SPA.

Yes, definitely, you will get CSE in a private college but as your father is from defence, then you will get a chance to study in a government college too, because in every college, those who are under the scheme of a special citizen of the country, they get some relief in ranking as well.

For B.Tech programme, you need to score well and get your rank under 40000, then only will you be eligible to get this college. The overall merit list was prepared by KIITEE counselling authority and merit list and ranking may vary year-wise. Try and fill the counselling form for this college if you have a good rank.

As I can see, this college was established in the year 2016 and it has been 2 years that this college is providing education service in architecture. So it is very tough to tell you about the good or bad for this college. If you have qualified NATA, then you must go for a government college.

For general candidate students, DAIICT All India cut-off rank is around 15835 to 15883. You need to score more than 175 marks in your exam in order to get this college.
This cut-off is for last year, this year, it may slightly vary, will not go for a big change.
