Sorry, but you'll not get any seat through counselling. Moreover, you should apply in universities which have their own entrances for admissions. Recommendations be LPU, Amity, CU, Chitkara University, Manipal University, SRM, VIT etc. They are good, as far as placements are concerned. Best of luck.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. You can start with youtube series of topics and refer a multiple choice question book. Do learn some tricks and basics through youtube topic wise and solve the problems from reference books. This will improve your logical ability but requires some time. Coaching institute will cover your 100% course on the duration of JEE Mains break. That will boost your speed while solving the problems. You can choose according to your comfort.

Hello, hope you are doing well. No, you are not going to get a good college unless you are from ST category, because this is very less marks and for OBC as well as General category. You will not GET Government College, but you can go for average private college of your state through counselling. All the best.

Hello, goal for getting admission in IIT. First, you need to clear JEE Mains, and then you need to get an AIR under 10000 in JEE Advanced to get admission in IIT. As you haven't cleared JEE Mains, so you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. It means, you cannot get admission in IIT. Better take a year drop and start preparing from now, through which, next year you may clear both the exams and take admission in IIT.
