In my suggestion if you are willing to do engineering and if you can drop on this year than do that but if you can't drop and want to pursue engineering this year then go for the all 7 rounds of counselling and of course there is a chance that you would get SASTRA.

Hello Dharma,
As per your sister's marks in JEE Mains it's impossible for her to get any NIT's, so I will suggest you to look forward for any decent private colleges. Please check here:

Admission in NITs completely depends on locations. For example if you are from West Bengal then you won't get admission in NITs and ISest. You can get admission through WBJEE counseling in private college like techno India or RCCIT. But if you are from Manipur then you can get admission in NITs easily with 100000 rank.

My friend got 187 marks in JEE Mains 2017, which I think are approximately equal to your score in JEE Mains 2018. He was not able to make it to IIIT-Bangalore. Last year's cutoff was 190 marks and cutoff marks of IIIT-Bangalore is increasing every year. Therefore, there are less chances for you to get into it. But, do not worry, there are endless chances and opportunities waiting for you ahead. Best of Luck.

Your JEE Mains marks is low. Your percentage is also low. With this percentage and marks, you will not get any government college. You can try for private colleges.
