You have chances to get some good CFTI's in last few rounds in non-core branches.

With 4800 rank you may get your home state NIT but you may not get the all the core branch. You can get some new NITs with core branches. Refer JEE Mains college predictor of Shiksha for better information.

You don't have any chance if you are from general category. I would suggest you to explore your other possibilities through private colleges.

Hi Yash,
Yes, you get admission through JEE Mains paper 2.
Previous year (2k17) my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE board and he belong to OBC category, his gen Rank-9243 and OBC rank-3800, still he didn't get any college. So I think for a general candidate score must be above than 270 if board marks are not included.

Yes, you'll easily get admission in RGIT. As an RGIT student I suggest you to go for IT. It's the best branch with best facilities in your college. I'd like to suggest you that your marks are quite good So In preference form fill DJSCOE, VIT (Vidylankar) and SPIT before RGIT.

Hi,
After getting your JEE Mains paper 2 results, first check in which good college you are likely to get admission. Then in the first week of June, go for JEE counselling, and see whether the college you are expecting, are you getting admission there or not. Even if you have not scored good marks, but you are so desperate for B.Arch then prefer for dropping a year, it might prove to be a life changing decision for you.
