I got 105 marks in JEE Main. My IPE marks are 968. Can I get a seat in SASTRA College? My preferred branches are mech, civil, and EEE.

Well congratulations for your good marks in JEE and yes you are eligible to get a seat in SASTRA University and if you want to prefer please good to mechanical but it has good scope and faculty for students with the good packages.
