No, you'll not get any of the above-mentioned colleges (assuming that you are general ). You are likely to get into one of the private universities or autonomous state government institutes.

Get into one of the NIT's or IIIT's and your life will be successfully with that, along with your hardwork of course.
Moreover, best coding colleges are NIT trichy, Warangal, Surathkal, Rourkela, NIT Jamshedpur, IIIT - D, (IIIT-A and IIIT-H are highly recommended ). and The supremes are IIT's if you can get into ( fingers crossed ) .

It is not possible with your current JEE ranking. Moreover, you can get into them through their own entrance exam. Fill out their forms and crack that is the only way to get into them left for you.

No, there is no such exam. Moreover, IIT-JEE is only held only for central government run institutions across the nation.

You are not likely to get a government college in India. Hence, you'll need to get either into big private universities or into local engineering institutes. Check the best colleges in PUNE for Engineering or either apply for MANIPAL, VIT, AMITY, AMRITA or LPU for distance education. NIMMS also if you can afford.

No exact answer can be given as admission in SASTRA is on the combined basis of boards and Mains score.
Since you have a low boards percentage, you can only get into it if you have good Mains marks.
However, the branch is non-core, hence the competition will not be much.

With your Mains marks, you have no chances of getting any government. College throughout the INDIA for CSE (for general). Least are the chances at home state + local autonomous institutes. Check if there are any in your state or go for good private universities.

Sorry to say but you still have 0.6% less marks than required. Try if you can send it for reevaluation or if something can be done regarding that. Best of luck.
