Hi Sidhant,
JEE marks are not necessary to get into IISERs.
There are three ways-
1. JEE Mains exam and JEE Advanced exam (Top 10,000).
3. KVPY qualifiers can apply for 25 to 50 % of the seats.
4. There is an exam for which Board marks are the cut-off. There is an exam taken by IISER.
Same is for IISc and there is NISER Bhubaneswar, which a lot of people don't know about.

You won't get a seat in EEE but you can get in production, civil, chemical, metallurgy and ICE departments.

You can put that college in your choice filling form during your counselling. Then according to your rank, you will get the college.
So, do fill the counselling form. From this, you can get AU University. Good luck.

You will mostly get a seat in NIT, Trichy with your ST rank.

If you belong to general category, it's difficult for you to get a government College or university. Only those government colleges which are at a low rank or are not having many facilities may be available for you. Other details you can check on mpdte website.

I think yes, because 120 marks are good for ICT. But I am not sure about home state quota in Mumbai.
