My friend got 187 marks in JEE Mains 2017, which I think are approximately equal to your score in JEE Mains 2018. He was not able to make it to IIIT-Bangalore. Last year's cutoff was 190 marks and cutoff marks of IIIT-Bangalore is increasing every year. Therefore, there are less chances for you to get into it. But, do not worry, there are endless chances and opportunities waiting for you ahead. Best of Luck.

Your JEE Mains marks is low. Your percentage is also low. With this percentage and marks, you will not get any government college. You can try for private colleges.

Scope of Food Technology.
Food technology is a branch of Science in which the food Science is applied in manufacturing and reservations of food products. The food processing industries manufacture a large variety of food products. They include the primary foods like rice and wheat products, oil, sugar and pulses.

To get eligible for the Northcap University a candidate should passed class 12th with minimum of 60% and additionally a candidate should not have percentage less than 50% of aggregate in PCM and English. while selection 60 % is given to the JEE mains paper and the 40 % is given to the 12th aggregate of PCM and English.

Jadavpur University is a State University of West Bengal and thus the admission is done through WBJEE, Jadavpur University doesn't take admissions through JEE Mains.
So, if you want to get into Jadavpur University, first sit for WBJEE.
To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500, if you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600700. But, if you want to get in IT, Power, Printing, Construction –etc, then scoring under 12001500 will be enough.

With this rank, it is possible to get admission in private colleges, which is not a very good idea. Try taking admission with some other state level examinations.

No, you cannot take admission in Government College with this rank. Please try in the private university.

Dear Kadam, I am sorry to inform that JEE mains is must to get the entry at YMCA. JEE mains is the only eligibility to get the admission in YMCA.
