Hello,
Firstly, congrats to you for this descent score. Considering the previous year's cut-off you may not be deemed eligible for the IIIT-Hyderabad. But surely you will get good NITs. You can try for that.
All the best.
Thank you.

No, there's no other exam for taking admission in Punjabi University apart from JEE Mains.
PU conducts Punjab B.Tech Admission through a centralised counselling process. This university does not conduct any entrance exam for admissions to the B.Tech programmes. Admissions are based on JEE Main scores and ranks and a candidate's performance in class 12th.

For admission in NITs, one should have good marks in JEE as the NIT are the 2nd top colleges of india of engineering and technology. Please check out this link to predict the colleges based on your rank in JEE. But you should have to apply in NIT for admission.

73 marks in JEE Mains is a very low score. You won't be able to get admission.

Congratulations for your percentage in class 12th. But I'm sorry to say that your JEE Mains score is too low to get admission in NIT
Try in some good private colleges which take admission on the basis of class 12th PCM marks.
Good luck.

As per your marks, there is a very rare chance of you getting any college. But keep an eye on the counselling seats and you can try in the last round for some GFTIs.
Good luck.

If you want to take admission in a college located in Delhi, then go for GGSIPU, it is a very good option.

Hello,
It is very hard to get any government college. Yess you can try for private colleges but it is tough to find a good private college for you. Still, you can try for SRM, Amity, Sharda and many more. I think you can try for next JEE Mains exam. Hard work is the only key to the success and you'll surely get the good college of you work hard. You can check the following link as well:
