Chances are conversion is less as you don't belong to state quota. But still you can take a chance and wait for the final list. Cut-off will be different for different years.

Since you have qualify the JEE main there is fair chance that you get the NIT. But I cannot tell you exactly that which college you will be getting as it will depend on your rank as well as the college particular ranks for branches respectively

You have to qualify JEE mains in your respective category with not only just passing marks but with a little more than that. The colleges will be allotted via counselling process. For college prediction, use this link:

On the basis of your JEE rank, you will not get any of the NIT. So, try for other colleges.

If you are of SC/St category, then you are qualified but I am not sure that you will get the college or not since the cutoff are 29 only and you scored just 1 more to it. But, you are qualified for JEE Advanced score more in that and try to get a seat by that only.
