It depends on your score, if you get above 100 score in JEE Mains and percentile below 75, you will get admission in NITs, but you can't attend JEE advance, because it needs above 75% in class 12th. Or your category basis.

No, if you use state quota in some lower NIT, then you can get only. Otherwise, on the basis of this rank, you will not get any branch at any NIT. Closing rank of all NIT closed on less than 40000 rank.

It will depend upon the college cut-off or rank. Every NIT has their own cutoff for taking admission into various branches. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
For getting knowledge that which college you will get, use the above link for predicting the college.

The weightage of the Mains part will be 210 x 0.6=126
Now the board normalization marks depend on the education board under which you took your board exams. If you are from Chandigarh then you have more chances. I think CCA has 40 seats. 35 for Chandigarh students & 5 for other states. Now as you have a good Mains score, that is a plus point and usually most students do not go for Architecture courses. If you are sincerely interested in taking an architectural engineering course, I would say take it. Take those courses only which you truly want to learn.
All the best!

Yes, you can get admission here due to good marks in 12th class as well as some score in JEE Mains. Anna University admissions are done on the basis of merit as well as entrance exam scores depending on the course a candidate is applying for. Anna University admissions in BE/ B Tech/ B Arch courses are done through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA). Admissions are made through single window counseling based on TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) merit list which is prepared on the basis of class 12th score.
