Well, if you get to clear your JEE mains 2018 exam, then for DTU, you need to apply separately.
Josaa is for IIT, NIT, GFTI, etc.
Jac is for DTU, NSIT, IGDTUW, IIITD, etc.

One point that I want to add is having a group is very important. If you can create a self-motivated likeminded people who are preparing for IIT, then nothing can be better than that. My suggestion is to find a group of people, wherever you are staying and join some test series. Test series help you a lot.

No. JEE scores are used only for admission into selected colleges in India. It is not used for admission into the colleges abroad.
You need to clear the respective exams and satisfy the eligibility requirements as required by the college.
