For OBC/SC/ST, it could be like 80+/70+/60+. The JEE Mains Expected Cutoff 2018 is just for reference and the actual cutoff will be known, once JEE Mains Result 2018 is declared. Basically, Cut off marks depends on few factors: Difficulty level of question paper and number of students appearing for JEE Mains.

You should get more than or equal to the cutoff marks of paper one.

Assuming you belong to general category, you really don't have much options. You won't get anything out of JOSSA, so I would suggest you to explore your other options such as other entrance exams, such as BITSAT VITEE, SRM to get a seat in decent private college. All the best.

If you have a valid reason, it's completely fine. You just don't need to give up. It is no shame to fail, just come back stronger next time, when you get the chance. If you do well in your graduation, I don't think it would be an issue. All the best.

What is your JEE score tell me? If your JEE score is more than 100 you cant get good college because JEE SCORE is consider as MHTCET score. You have pay MHTCET fees for taking admissions in Maharashtra.

According to me, if cut-off goes high, you will be at boundary chance of passing and if cut-off goes low you will be qualified for JEE Advanced.
