You are eligible for appearing in IIT JEE 2018, but according to the eligibility criteria for admissions in various IITs, NITs and CFTIs you are not eligible for admission in these colleges. You need at least 75% in class 12th for being eligible to get admission in these colleges.
Do not worry, you can use your scorecard for admission in various good private colleges also. Many good colleges also take admissions on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. So, don't lose hope.
Hope this will help you.
Best of luck.

NIT's at Surathkal & Warangal are considered as premier NIT's. It's difficult to say about marks since in coming exam pattern of questions is likely to be different. But on other hand I feel a percentile of above 70 should get you admission.

There are some colleges which would add up the JEE main marks along with the board exam marks and admit students based on that scores.
So, you may try for it if you can't score more.
But why do you lose your confidence?
Aim to score high by doing hard work with dedication.
All the best!
