The official notification is not released for IIT JEE 2018. But there are few changes in the exam criteria.
For example, there will be no effect of the 12th board exam on the final score of IIT JEE. Previously, 12th marks had some weightage included in the final IIT JEE marks. So from 2018, this is not going to happen in IIT JEE.
Hope this will help.
Best of luck!

Actually it is not possible. The questions are asked from both classes 11th and 12th and mostly they will be equally divided. So if you prepare only the class 12 syllabus, you cannot score more.
Also, if the cut off mark increases, then your chances of clearing JEE Mains would be very low.

To get into NIT-Warangal, your maximum score should be more than 260+ to get into CSE as an OBC student and the minimum would be to get into other branches like biotechnology. Your required score will be 180+ for an OBC student. Good luck!

The scores in JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Examination) can be used for the admission into the NITs (National Institute of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institute of Information Technology) and GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes).
Once you get your score, the CBSE would conduct a counseling process by which you can get admission into these Institutes by JOSAA.
Some institutes like DTU, accept JEE main scores for admission but they don't participate in the counseling. You need to apply for those colleges separately.
