You can try for admission because the cutoff changes every year. As per the branch your selection chances are there on the basis of merit.

Hi Amar, you won't be eligible for counselling however you can consider giving state level engineering entrances and also check institutes giving admissions based on JEE results and 12th scores which are less than 75%.

You have very low or no chances to get a NIT or IIIT as your rank under SC category is 15000. You may get a college by your home state rank (if any colleges are in your state).
