With this rank, you will not get any seat in colleges. You should go for management quota.

You have a good score and I suggest you first to look at your interest and I will recommend you for B.Tech petroleum because people are not much aware of it and it has good value in India and abroad. All best for your future.

Both Mains and Advance are important. If you want good knowledge, as well as good placement, then you should go for it.

JEE Mains does not provide state rank, for the merit list is created by calculation of All India Rank, the AIR is valid for most of the institutions in all the states, there is no separate provision for state rank because state merit is not decided according to the criteria decided by JEE Mains admission committee.
