You may get some tier three collegeI would suggest you to take a drop year and appear again for the exam. As you have SC quota you could get good colleges if you score above 150 in JEE Mains.

There are differences between the JEE main and 12th board syllabus.
You have to study some extra topic for JEE Mains.

Hello Apoorva,
GFTI (government funded technical institute) comes under JEE Mains counselling.
They offer both engineering degrees and architecture courses.
So if you have appeared for JEE main paper 1 alone and have a good rank then you will be eligible to get admission in those GFTIs for engineering degrees alone.

Hello Sapna,
The counselling applications will start from June 15 (10 AM) and the last date for application is June 25.
The first round of seat allotment will be on June 28. The JEE main counselling takes place in a total of 6 rounds.
So, it may last till 3rd or 4th week of July.
