No, the possibility of getting NIT with 67 marks is too rare. For getting admission in nits one needs a very high score to clear the cutoffs. So, it is really hard, hence leave your hopes.

Yes, you can take admissions in this college for chemical, ENTC, civil engineering and mechanical engineering in the second shift.

Based on your rank, you might get admission in CE, but I can't say for sure. You should apply for it though as there is a chance that you might get a seat during spot round.
However, if you belong to a reserve category, then your chances improve significantly.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get admission in a good institute. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th percentage.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get a good college on the basis of JEE Mains in Rajasthan. You may get admission in a private college based on your 12th percentage.

Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cut-off. So there is no way to get admission in the College of Engineering Pune for mechanical engineering.
You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.
