UIET Chandigarh, lower NITs, UICET, Punjab University, IT GGV, Tezpur University, etc., will be best for you. You may also prefer good private colleges like JIIT, Noida Sec-62 and BIT Patna, LNMIIT, etc.

Hello Varun!
To get a college through JEE main exam, you need to get atleast 75% in your board exam. As you have got only 57% you cannot seek admission in any college under JEE. So, try to get a college that accepts both JEE Mains score and board exam marks.

Hello Sanjay,
You have received 21 marks out of 360 in JEE Mains. Have you analysed as to what went wrong? With these marks, it's quite tough to get admission in any college.
