Hi Jaideep, JEE Main exam centres in Faridabad (City Code: HR03) are usually in top schools or colleges like DAV Public School, Sector-14, and others. The exact centre is mentioned on your admit card or city intimation slip after registration. Faridabad is a valid JEE Main city, so you can definitely choose it during application.

With an SC category rank of ninety-three thousand six hundred forty-seven in JEE Mains, securing admission into an NIT, IIEST, or any of the GFTIs will be extremely challenging. These institutions are highly sought-after, and their cut-offs for the SC category are significantly lower, often falling within the top ten to fifteen thousand ranks for most branches. While your General category rank of over ten Lacs further confirms the difficulty, your SC rank is the key factor. For this rank, your best option would be to explore state-level engineering colleges and private universities where admission criteria might be more flexible.

With a JEE Main rank of four Lacs twenty thousand in the General category, securing a seat in a government college is extremely challenging. However, your best strategy is to look into low-cost private colleges in various states that offer admissions based on your JEE Main score. Consider exploring institutions in tier-2 cities or even some state-level universities that may have lower cut-offs. Many private colleges, particularly in states like Uttar Pradesh or Madhya Pradesh, might be accessible. It's important to research their fee structures, which can range from sixty thousand rupees to one Lacs rupees per annum, and placement reco

With a category rank of thirty-nine thousand three hundred forty-seven in JEE Mains, you have a solid foundation for securing a seat in a government college, especially for core branches. While getting into a top-tier NIT for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) might be a bit of a stretch, you should absolutely consider other well-regarded government engineering colleges across various states. Your rank is competitive enough to open doors to CSE or ECE in newer NITs or in many of the esteemed state-level government colleges. It's all about strategizing during the counselling rounds to f

If you are cautious about the branch you are choosing and if its CSE then you might get some state government colleges assuming that you are a general category student, colleges like SLIET and other regional colleges will get you a CSE but if you are okay with any branch then you can easily get NIT at this rank.

At a score of  94.214 percentile in JEE Main, you have a fair chance of securing admission in newer NITs like NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, or GFTIs like Assam University or IIIT Una under home state or reserved category quota. For competitive branches like CSE or ECE, cutoffs may hover above 96 percentile, so targeting core branches like Civil or Mechanical in these institutes can be a smart choice.
