With this rank, you can't get CSE in top NITs but in lower NIT, you can easily get CSE. In NIT Durgapur, you can get electrical branch.
This report is according to the previous years cutoff but as this year cutoff has been very less so there r chances that you can get your desirable NIT.
So, I hope for the best and wait for the counselling.

Go for any general course like BCA. If you are ready to take some huge expenses, then you can take admission via management quota (not recommended).

Hi Vikash!
The score is not bad but you have just crossed your cut-off score so that the admissions into any NIT, IIIT cannot be determined. It is not easy to get any of these colleges with this rank. But, some NITs like Sikkim, Mizoram, etc. have lower closing ranks so that you can get them. But studying there is not worthy like the other ones.
So, any way you apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in
All the best!

Hello Sagar,
As per your rank, you are not going to get any good colleges, so you look forward to your next exam, but if you are not very much clear over your concepts, then it is better to drop a year.
All the best.
