Admission in MIT, Pune is done via JEE Mains and MHCET. JEE Mains cut-off tend to be around 140-150 and in MHCET, it is around 120 -130. So as per your rank, your chances for admission via JEE is negligible, but MIT, Pune have management quota seats also so you may look forward for that too.

You can apply for the counseling but you cannot get any college via JoSAA, so look forward to other exams that you may have applied for.

In case you don't get a good college on the basis of this rank, then you can opt for some of the good private universities like Lovely, Sharda, Chitkara etc. offering various specializations in B.Tech like ECE, CSE, EE, Mechanical, Civil, etc. but with passage of time the impact of technology has increased due to which many new branches have come up like Biotech, Food technology, Nanotech, Agri., Mechatronics, etc.

In case you don't get the branch of your choice on the basis of this rank, then you can opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, Sharda, Chitkara, etc. offering various specialisations in B.Tech.
All these universities offer world-class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements. Some of these universities will also offer you good scholarships on the basis of your 12th marks as well as JEE scores.
