Hello Akshay,
As you have scored very well in boards, but decent in JEE Mains, so you may not get any reputed govt. colleges but based on your rank, you will get JIIT Noida, but in my opinion, you just need a push to get into NITs or IITs so better you prepare one year.

There are some colleges which conduct their own entrance exam, but it seems like the time is over to apply for them and some colleges intake is based on direct admission/management quota.
You can try for private colleges of GGSIPU, private colleges of UPSEE, colleges in Greater Noida like Galgotias, Amity, Sharda, GL Bajaj, GLA University, NIET, etc.
